Tarbox and Williams were arrested after they kidnapped 11 year old Alexandria Long from her home in Gordon and took her to New York where Police caught up with them.
The witnesses were reportedly notified of the hearing today and they will investigate why they didn't attend. This will decide if charges will be refiled.
