Schuylkill County Man's Response To Being Called A "Troll" By Congressman

Yesterday we published a story about Schuylkill County's United State Congressman, Matt Cartwright, calling a constituent from Schuylkill County a "troll".

This came after Leo Knepper, Pine Grove, asked the Congressman, "Why did you vote against funding our veterans?".  You can see the exchange in the image below.

Cartwright had the same response to anyone who asked the same question.  A link was provided in the tweets to aide in sending a tweet to your Congressman about the issue.  This is a very common tactic on the web in order to express your agreement or disagreement of an issue or bill that is going to be voted on.

Skook News reached out to Mr. Knepper and asked him for his response on Rep. Cartwright's tweet and he had the following to say.

"Rep. Cartwright's response to my question was completely inappropriate.  Imagine what would happen to a private citizen if their boss asked them a question about something they did at work and that citizen started their answer with "hey troll".  I'd wager they'd be out of a job.  The response really illustrates the lack of respect that members of both parties have for the people who are paying the bills.

Based on his response it really seems that Rep. Cartwright believes that Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama are his bosses and the people of the 17th District are just and annoyance."

How do you feel about Rep. Cartwright's response to Mr. Knepper?  Do you think this was appropriate?
