UPDATE: Mr. Hilbert has been found safe.
Jim Hilbert, 63, also goes by his nickname "Jimbo" has been missing from Shenandoah since April 16th.
He is described as a white male, about 5' 9" tall, 170 lbs, Black and Gray Elvis Style hair, with glasses. He has a tattoo of a rose on one arm and a tattoo of an eagle on the other.
