One Person Killed in Crash in East Norwegian Twp.

Crews were called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Route 209 near Port Carbon in the area of Boardman Brothers this evening just after 6:30pm.




WNEP is reporting that Christopher Gibas, of Pottsville died in the crash and that Rick Reilly, also of Pottsville was the passenger and was injured in the crash.



It is believe speed was a factor in the crash.
