* RAINFALL TOTALS OF 3 TO 5 INCHES ARE EXPECTED BETWEEN TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY NIGHT. THIS AMOUNT OF RAIN...EVEN SPREAD OUT OVER A FEW DAYS...WILL LIKELY PRODUCE FLOODING. LOCAL MINOR FLOODING IS ALMOST CERTAIN...AND MANY OF THE LARGER TRIBUTARIES COULD ALSO EXCEED FLOOD STAGES. AT THIS POINT...THE MAIN STEM SUSQUEHANNA RIVER IS NOT EXPECTED TO FLOOD. THE MOST LIKELY TIME FOR FLOODING TO OCCUR IS BETWEEN TUESDAY NIGHT AND THURSDAY.
