According to the article, the victim reported that she was assaulted by Hall since she was 10 years old, she is now 14.
Hall has been charged with rape of a child, statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
He has been placed in Northampton County Prison in lieu of $75,000 bale.
