As of 1:45PM, Thursday, Interstate 81 is closed southbound at Milemarker 100, the Pine Grove Exit, due to a multi-vehicle accident in Lebanon County.
A crash is reported to have happened in the southbound lane between Milemarker 93 and Exit 100. The northbound lanes are also closed at exit 90 in Lebanon County.
