* AT 1124 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN WAS FALLING OVER THE EASTERN HALF OF SCHUYLKILL COUNTY DUE TO TRAINING THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING DURIGN THE NEXT FEW HOURS. OVERFLOWING POOR DRAINAGE AREAS WILL RESULT IN MINOR FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA. UP TO ONE INCH OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN IN SOME LOCATIONS OVER THE PAST HOUR...AND AN ADDITIONAL ONE HALF OF AN INCH...TO ONE INCH OF RAIN IS EXPECTED BETWEEN 1130 PM AND 1230 AM.
