The Schuylkill County Fair, which runs from July 28th through August 2nd, has many events planned but a new event announced Wednesday will feature local celebrities from around Schuylkill County.
Well known celebrities from various professions from all over the county have accepted the challenge of being in the first ever Celebrity Showman Contest. No names were given but they promised to be celebrities from the news media, political arena, and agricultural industry.
According to a press release, the rules are:
The celebrities will have to exhibit, to the best of their ability, a specie of livestock to the audience and professional livestock showman judge.
The event is set to take place July 29th at 6PM at the Agricultural Arena.
