During a traffic stop last , Mahanoy Twp. Police Chief Alexander charges Joseph Sanders, Unityville, PA, with possession of intent to manufacture or deliver (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine and marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Sanders was committed to Schuylkill County prison on $50,000 bail.
Shenandoah Police also assured in the arrest.
