In an article posted by the Republican Herald, A man was arrested by Shenandoah police and charged in an armed robbery at the Turkey Hill Minit Mart early Tuesday morning.
Joseph W. Kakol, 36, who has a last known address of 322 W. Atlantic St., was charged with four felony counts of robbery, one felony count of aggravated assault, two misdemeanor counts of simple assault and one misdemeanor offense each of theft and possessing instruments of crime.
