According to the Times News, Daniel Sterling Stahler Jr. was arrested and put in prison during a traffic stop near the West End Fairgrounds.
Police were looking for Stahler after it was reported that he beat his 5 year old nephew for hugging a dog too hard. The boy suffered a concussion, fractured eye socket, bruises to the face and torso, ripped out hair, and busted and ear drum.
