According to an article posted in the Republican Herald,
Patrolman Frank DiMarco charged Kenneth M. Neifert, 28, of 30 Valley St., New Philadelphia, and Michael J. Setlock Jr., 41, of 11 Kaska St., Middleport, with receiving stolen property and criminal mischief, both felony crimes along with related offenses.
Both men were arraigned Tuesday by Magisterial District Judge David A. Plachko, Port Carbon, and committed to Schuylkill County Prison unable to post $50,000 straight cash bail.
