Early Tuesday morning, the body of a baby was found in the trash outside a home at 189 Winfield Drive, Blythe Township. Later Tuesday, the State Police arrested Tara Lynne Paltanavage, 22 of the above address. She was charged with endangering the welfare of children, concealing the death of a child, recklessly endangering another person and abuse of corpse. Paltanavage was arraigned before District Magisterial Judge David Plachko and bail was set at $250,000. Paltanavage was committed to Schuylkill County Prison.
According a report from WFMZ Wednesday, Paltanavage gave birth to the stillborn baby on July 29th in the bathtub.
