Were you one of the 500 million Apple users to receive U2's album for free over the past week?
The album, titled "Songs of Innocence" was automatically downloaded to devices to coincide with the launch of the iPhone 6 and to mark the beginning of a marketing collaboration between U2 and Apple.
The campaign backfired prompting users to complain that the album was automatically synced to their devices.
In response to the complaints, Apple has set up a link to automatically delete the album from your device. You can access this by going to http://iTunes.com/soi-remove
Anyone wishing to download the album again for free must do so by October 13th.
