According to the Republican Herald, Zachary Thomas Cyr, 21, was charged with one count each of attempted criminal homicide of a law enforcement officer and attempted criminal homicide, three counts of aggravated assault, one count of aggravated assault to officers, two counts of simple assault and one count each of terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person, possessing instruments of crime and criminal trespass, after he pointed, threatened, and swung a knife at a Shenandoah Police officer.
