There have been advancements in the search for the shooter that shot and killed one state trooper and wounded another in Pike County.
According to WNEP, a search was prompted Monday evening when a Jeep was found in a swamp near the Blooming Grove State Police Barracks. The Jeep is registered by the suspects father but owned by the suspect. There was evidence within the Jeep that connects the owner to the shootings. The suspect lives and works in Delaware.
Another news conference is scheduled around 4pm Tuesday afternoon.

The reward is now up to $75,000 to information leading to the arrest of the individual who committed the crime.
