In an article posted by Pennlive.com, the state court upheld a ruling by Schuylkill County Judge James P. Goodman that denied a special exception that would have allowed the proceeding of the project.
The airport was to be built on the Schuylkill/Luzerne County border near Hazleton on the border of the Humboldt Industrial Park property.
