Vanhorn was charged with Aggravated Assault, Terroristic Threats, Simple Assault, Possessing Instruments of Crime, Prohibited Offensive Weapons, Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Mischief. Vanhorn got into an argument with his live in girlfriend and her mother, grabbed her by the neck. Vanhorn then placed a machete against his girlfriends neck while making threats. Vanhorn proceeded to use the machete to cut the tires on his girlfriends vehicle. Vanhorn was arraigned by the on-call District Justice and committed to the County prison on $25,000 straight cash bail.
