Schuylkill County Man Part of Statewide Child Porn Arrest

HARRISBURG - Attorney General Kathleen G. Kane today announced today that the latest sweep by agents from the Child Predator Section led to the arrest of eight suspected child predators from across the Commonwealth:


Edward Bacon, 21, 70 Old Dublin Pike, Apt. J1, Doylestown, Bucks County;

Marcus Blankenship, 27, 805 Poplar St., Clarks Summit, Lackawanna County;

Andrew Graham, 39, 512 N. Centre St., Apt. 2D, Pottsville, Schuylkill County;

Adham Mandour, 27, 434 Shady Ave., Apt. 15, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County;

Christopher Pak, 22, 1954 Yorkshire Dr., Whitpain, Montgomery County;

Robert Planitzer, 34, 1506 Blossom Hill Road, Castle Shannon, Allegheny County;

Randall Pierce Preston, 51, 226 Hartley Road, Hershey, Dauphin County; and

Anthony Stefanik, 35, 1160 Walnut St., Freeland, Luzerne County.

These defendants bring the total number of arrests for the revamped Child Predator Section to more than 250 since Attorney General Kane took office.

One of the men listed above was from Pottsville and according to the Press Release from the Attorney General's office,

Andrew Graham of Schuylkill County

Agents searched Graham's apartment after his IP address was identified downloading and uploading known child pornography. During the search, a computer and an encrypted hard drive were seized.

During an on-site preview of the devices by computer forensic agents from the Office of Attorney General, at least 40 images and 12 videos of child pornography were identified on the computer. The encrypted drive also contained a large quantity of child pornography.

Graham is charged with 50 counts of possession of child pornography, one count of distribution of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility, all felonies of the third degree.

The case will be prosecuted in Schuylkill County by Deputy Attorney General Rebecca Elo of the Child Predator Section.

Graham's bail was set at 10 percent of $50,000. The defendant was unable to post bail and was remanded to the Schuylkill County Prison. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Monday, Nov. 3, 2014.
