Amy Boppel, 36, of Ashland is being charged with homicide by vehicle, driving under the influence and aggravated assault by vehicle stemming from a motor vehicle accident where Mary Lou Leiby, 61, of Ringtown was killed. The accident took place in Butler Township near Mahanoy Plane.
