* TIMING...TEMPERATURES WILL DIP BELOW FREEZING SHORTLY AFTER
MIDNIGHT AND BOTTOM OUT IN THE UPPER 20S TO LOWER 30S AROUND
SUNRISE MONDAY.
* IMPACTS...SENSITIVE VEGETATION MAY BE DAMAGED OR KILLED BY THE
COLD.

FORECAST TO THREATEN OUTDOOR PLANTS. THOSE WITH AGRICULTURAL OR
