Child Found In Cold in Tamaqua

On Monday, around 8:30pm, a 3 year old child was found wandering outside in the cold in the 300 block East Elm Street in Tamaqua.


The mother of the child was identified as Naomi Ellison, 32, of 539 E.Elm Street, Tamaqua.

Schuylkill County Children and Youth Services were notified of the incident, as was Ellison's probation officer. She was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
