Samantha Woodhouse, 24, of Tower City, is charged with terroristic threats, harassment, aggravated assault, resisting arrest, and other charges after she called a State Police barracks in Dauphin County and the Dauphin County 911 center 16 times, threatened to kill State Troopers and threatened to create "another Blooming Grove Incident".
