Around 11:30pm, Interstate 81 Northbound was shutdown at the McAdoo.

Reports are that a head on crash took place near Milemarker 139.5, which is in Hazle Twp., Luzerne County.

The crash reportedly involved a tractor trailer vs. a truck.
