According to the Times News, Robert Rang, 25, of Coaldale, is facing charges of possessing child pornography and trying to get a minor to perform sexual acts.
The incidents reportedly took place in September and October.
Rang is already registered sex offender, after he was convicted of corruption of minors in 2011.
