PennDOT Has Reduced Speeds on Interstates

PennDOT has announced that due to the weather conditions they have reduced speeds on Interstate 81 and 80 to 45 mph until further notice.

UPDATE:  As of 4:15pm, PennDOT has restored speeds to normal.
