Schuylkill County is looking to get some snow and very bitter cold temperatures this week.
The gusty winds will die down Monday afternoon with the occasional gust of 30 mph.
Clouds will increase throughout the evening.
The snow in the forecast looks more like a nuisance but nothing to be worried about. The National Weather Service is predicting Schuylkill County receive anywhere from 1-3 inches of snow on Tuesday with the snow starting sometime after 4am and ending before 4pm. High temperatures in the mid 20's. Don't worry kids, you may have school!
Tuesday night clouds will stick around and the windws will pick up again. Temperatures will begin to drop we may not see temperatures in the 20's until the weekend. Low of about 14.
Wednesday looks partly sunny but blustery with temperatures in the mid teens and winds gusting to about 30 mph.
Wednesday night looks cloudy with FRIGID temperatures. Low of 2 and blustery.
After we bottom out Wednesday night, temperatures look to climb back to the teens and stick around there until the weekend.
No other storms on the horizon.
