David Gardner was struck by a vehicle around 5am, Sunday while walking to work on Yatesville Road, near Shenandoah.
Gardner, a former marine, remains in Geisinger in Danville in an induced coma and is suffering from a shattered pelvis, a shattered right shoulder and part of his skull had to be removed to alleviate the pressure on his brain.
Now his friends and family have setup a GoFundMe account to aid in helping with medical bills.
