According to TamaquaArea.com, police on patrol notice smoke coming from a parked car along Route 309 in Hometown. After investigation, it was discovered to be a meth lab.
The State Police were called in to remove the items.
The area where the vehicle was parked was across the street from Rush Elementary and near a playground.
