The North Schuylkill Theatre Arts Program’s production of Crazy For You will take the stage on Friday, April 10th and Saturday, April 11th at 7:30PM in the North Schuylkill High School auditorium.
Crazy For You is the story of a rich 1930’s New York playboy named Bobby Child whose only dream in life is to dance in a Broadway musical. The son of a banker, Bobby is forced by his mother to travel to Deadrock, Nevada to foreclose on a theatre. Instead of foreclosing, Bobby decides to help the theater owner’s daughter, Polly, save the theater by putting on a show. His theater friends from New York travel to Nevada to help out and a crazy story of cowboys and chorus girls, mistaken identity and true love triumphing ensues. Filled with very memorable Gershwin music, Crazy For You is Broadway style entertainment in its truest form.
