According to the Republican Herald, Daniel Lance Lopez, 19, of Shenandoah, was charged from an incident at 138 E. Mahanoy Ave, Mahanoy City, where he allegedly kicked in a door and assaulted a male who lived at the residence
Lopez was charged with felony offenses of burglary, criminal trespass and robbery plus misdemeanor crimes of making terroristic threats, simple assault, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. He was arraigned and committed to Schuylkill County prison unable to post bail.
