The crash happened around 2:00pm on West Oak Street in Frackville near Boyers' Market.
The truck reportedly cut a utility pole in half causing the remaining pole dangling by the wire.
PPL is reporting over 2000 customers are currently without power in West Mahanoy Twp. near Frackville.
UPDATE: 2:40pm - We are getting reported that power has been restored to parts of Frackville.
UPDATE: 3:30pm - Just over 600 PPL customers are reported to still be without power in Frackville
