According to the Times News, Thomas Seddon, of Shenandoah, reportedly ran red light at intersection of Route 61 and Brick Hill Road then struck a vehicle driven by Cherie Bogotuik, of Orwigsburg.
Seddon was injured while the driver and 1 year old passenger of the other vehicle had no reported injured.
