Schuylkill County Man Had Illegal Possession of "Fully Functional" Machine Gun

A Schuylkill County man has been charged after a probe by the State Police and Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.


According to Pennlive.com, Augustus Brauer, 50, of Muir has been charged with illegally possessing a "fully functional" unregistered machine gun.
