South Schuylkill Garden Club will be holding their annual membership Tea on Tuesday, April 21st.
The public is cordially invited to join the celebrating the gardening skills of its members as it host the April Tea. The theme for this year’s Tea is “What Grows in Our Garden.” Come wearing your gardening hat and bring indoor/outdoor specimens. Light refreshments will be served by some of the best bakers that this area has to offer. The tea will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 at the Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church at 253 Dock Street, Schuylkill Haven, PA 17972. A nominal charge of $15.00 is charged for this event which will welcome new members into the club with this fee serving as annual membership. South Schuylkill Garden club has been existence since being chartered on March 6 1940. The club is a member of the District II/III of the Garden Club Federation of PA and the National Garden Clubs, Inc.
