* AFFECTED AREA...ENDLESS MOUNTAIN REGION SOUTHWARD THROUGH PORTIONS OF THE MIDDLE TO LOWER SUSQUEHANNA RIVER VALLEY.
* WINDS...SOUTHWEST WINDS INCREASING TO 8 TO 13 MPH WITH GUSTS BETWEEN 20 AND 25 MPH BETWEEN 1PM AND 6PM.
* TIMING...RED FLAG CONDITIONS WILL BE REACHED BY EARLY AFTERNOON AS SOUTHWEST WINDS INCREASE AND GUST TO 20 MPH OR ABOVE BY 1 PM AND LAST INTO EARLY EVENING.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...AS LOW AS 25 PERCENT.
* TEMPERATURES...UPPER 70S TO LOWER 80S.
* IMPACTS...THE POTENTIAL EXISTS FOR RAPID DEVELOPMENT AND SPREAD OF WILD FIRES...OR FOR PRESCRIBED BURNS TO GET OUT OF CONTROL. OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
