Brandonville Man Arrested on Rape Charges

A Brandonville man was arrested on rape charge on Thursday.

According the East Union Township Police, David Moran, 48, of Main Blvd, Brandonville was arrested by Chief Thomas Rentschler and charged with 2 felony counts of rape, 3 felony counts of aggravated indecent assault, 1 felony count of sexual assault, 1 felony count of intimidation of witnesses, and a count each of terroristic threats and simple assault.

Moran was arraigned by Judge Kilker of Shenandoah and committed to Schuylkill County Prison on $100,000 straight cash bail.
