According to the Morning Call, Allentown, Christopher Haldeman, 38, of Mahanoy City allegedly fired paintballs at vehicles driven by a Texas man and Michigan man in the Poconos on Interstate 80.
Police stopped Haldeman just after 4pm, Thursday.
Charges have not been filed but Police are calling it a case of reckless endangering.
