Boy Scout Recognized for Construction of Pedestrian Bridge

Schuylkill County Boy Scout Justin Weller was recognized by the Schuylkill Haven Borough for constructing a Pedestrian Bridge at Bubeck Park near Stoyers Dam.

Weller constructed the bridge as his Eagle Scout Project. The former bridge was taken down due to safety concerns.

Helping him was the Schuylkill Haven Borough, his family , local contractors of Phoenix Park Home Building, Jeff Hubler and Greg Hubler, and local scouters and scouts and scouters Seth Hubler, Tom Witmer and Brandon Witmer.
