Court Says Woman Cannot Sue Cops Over False Charges
According to an article posted from Pennlive.com, a Schuylkill County woman cannot file charges against the Rush Township Police Department after she was wrongly charged.
The case stems from an incident where Deborah Hughes was charged for stealing big screen TV's from Wal-Mart but later was told it was not her on the video surveillance.
