According to court documents, Philip Moeller, 45, of Fountain Springs has been charged with the death of a 4 year old boy in October of 2013.
The boy was the grandson of Moeller's girlfriend.
Moeller has been charged with Involuntary Manslaughter and is in Schuylkill County Prison unable to post bail.
A preliminary hearing is set for August 19th.
