A FEW ROUNDS OF STRONG...TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP AND MOVE EAST ACROSS THE CENTRAL MOUNTAINS AND SUSQUEHANNA VALLEY DURING THE MID AFTERNOON THROUGH EARLY EVENING HOURS. LOCALIZED DAMAGING WIND GUSTS AND LARGE HAIL WILL BE THE PRIMARY SEVERE WEATHER THREATS. HOWEVER...A FEW SUPERCELL THUNDERSTORMS CONTAINING TORNADOES ARE POSSIBLE ACROSS CENTRAL AND NORTHERN PENNSYLVANIA WHERE STRONG SPEED AND DIRECTIONAL WIND SHEAR WILL BE PRESENT IN THE VICINITY OF A WARM FRONT.
