Lori Keefer, reportedly pulled into the Giant Food Store parking lot, at the Cressona Mall, Tuesday afternoon. A man, who she didn't know, walked up and punched her in the face.
Keefer was able to drive herself to a local hospital.
The State Police is investigating.
