• Parade - Tuesday, October 27th, 7pm, staging will take place at the High School, M&Q, St. Ambrose & the Avenues and continue down Main Street. Judging will take place by Brok Sel. The parade will continue down Main Street, turning up Parkway the opposite direction of normal travel, pass by the High Rise building, turn around the other side of Parkway & end at the Walk-In Arts Center! The WIAC's fenced in lot will be illuminated for walking groups to gather to wait for pick-up! Floats can travel down Penn St.
