The warrant stems from an incident on September 3rd, when Laurusevage was reported to have forced his way into a residence and assaulted the occupants. Laurusevage was charged with Attempted Rape, Burglary, Criminal Trespass, Unlawful Restraint, Terroristic Threats, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, and several charges of Assault.
Laurusevage was arraigned by on call Magisterial District Justice Kilker and committed to the Schuylkill County Prison, unable to post $50,000 straight cash bail.
