Steven Wayne Davis, 33, East Berlin, and Jessica R. Revelette, 25, Minersville are charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a child.
Revelette and Davis were also in the home at the time William Glover, Ashley Glover, and Judith Essler were also arrested on drug charges this week,
