Wayne Pace, Owner/Operator of the Pottsville and Schuylkill Haven locations has received the Ray Kroc Award.
The award, named after the company's owner, is given to the top 1 percent of McDonald's managers nationwide who show exceptional contributions and progression of the McDonald's brand.
