A legal ad in Monday’s Republican-Herald said the Marshals sale is scheduled for 11 a.m. at the Schuylkill County Courthouse. The ad lists a judgment of $8,797,305.81, and “10 percent of the bid is due at the time of the sale in the form of money order, cashiers check or certified funds (no cash); the balance is due 10 days after the Court confirms the sale. Other terms and conditions to be announced at the sale. Schedule of distribution will be filed by plaintiffs attorney within 30 days of the date of sale.”
In April, it was announced that the mall was facing foreclosure.
