According to the Standard Speaker, Christopher Shenyo, of Sheppton, allegedly used a surveillance camera to video record a family without their knowledge as they used a bathroom in a home in Hazleton.
More charges could be filed as the investigation is still ongoing.
Shenyo is locked up in Luzerne County Prison unable to post bail. He has been charged with multiple counts of child pornography, Photographing/Filming/Depiect on a computer sex act of a child, invasion of privacy, and criminal use of a communication facility.
Shenyo was arraigned Tuesday and hearing is scheduled for November 25th, 2015.
